Several years ago, I had the amazing opportunity to visit Disneyland’s Club 33. Nine other ladies and I had lunch at the exclusive restaurant that’s not-so-secretly located in the New Orleans Square area of Disneyland.
Entrance
Dining Room
Once inside and upstairs in the dining room of Disneyland’s Club 33, we saw our table set for 10. Our host had purchased Mickey ears for all of us, with our names embroidered on the back.
Buffet
Our “first course” was a buffet of salads, fruit, cheese, and seafood.
When we returned to our table from the buffet, we had non-alcoholic fruity drinks waiting for us. Yum!
Main Course
We were served the main course. My entree selection was: pan-seared Chateaubriand with a Cabernet demi-glace, parsnips & Yukon Gold potatoes, baby tomato salad, Blue Lake beans, and truffled mac & cheese. It was all AMAZING!
Dessert
For dessert, we returned to the buffet. There was no lack of selections!
The View
After our meal, we relaxed on the balcony for a little while. It is really interesting to see the Rivers of America and the entrance to Pirates of the Caribbean from above, rather than at eye-level.
Disneyland’s Club 33 even has it’s own gift shop (natch), where you can purchase Club 33 branded items. I just had to get these Club 33 Mickey ears, which now live in my China cabinet with my other Mickey ears.
Visiting Disneyland’s Club 33 was an experience that I won’t soon forget! I still can’t believe it really happened!
