From fine dining to baked goods, Calistoga has all kinds of good eats. Here are some of our favorites that satisfied our foodie cravings, while keeping it semi-budget!
Calistoga Roastery

Great for either breakfast or lunch (or both!), Calistoga Roastery serves breakfast sandwiches, bagels, lunch sandwiches (try the macaroni salad!), and more. Try their cheesy breadsticks, too.
Cal Mart

Check out their fresh produce, gourmet cheese selection, and specialty foods (including international options).
Another area where Cal Mart really shines is in their Deli. Sandwiches, supplies for your charcuterie board, and a selection of prepared foods will leave you with some tough decisions to make!
Calistoga Creamery
Locals and visitors alike love the ice cream from Calistoga Creamery. The shop offers scoops, shakes, root beer floats, and more. With flavor choices like cardamom and honey lavender, you’re sure to find a new favorite (or two).
Gott’s Roadside
Okay, so this one is 9 miles southeast of Calistoga, in the town of St. Helena. But, it’s not to miss. We’re talking about Gott’s Roadside.
The burgers are delicious, the fries are crispy (and, oh wow, their garlic fries!), and the shakes will take you back to your childhood. The line can get long, but it moves fast. I’m getting hungry!
P.S. There are several locations in San Francisco and its surrounds, but the St. Helena location is the original!
